Clearwater Retrievers provides specialized young dog training for your future Field Champion, Master Hunter or Gun Dog.  With capacity for only a select number of dogs, we work with you personally to ensure we customize the training program to meet the specific needs of you and your dog.  Young dog training includes sound basics including obedience, forcing and tons of marking.  Later, we will move on to transition, blind work and of course...more marking!

At Clearwater Retrievers, we not only want to provide your dog with the best Foundation for his or her Future, but we want to ensure that owners and handlers also have the support and training to partner with their dog for the greatest success.  Opportunities exist for participation in group workouts with your dog or for those with more challenging schedules or specific goals, private workouts can be arranged.

Clearwater Kennels has limited openings for puppy socialization from 7 weeks through 6 months.  As part of our puppy socialization program, your puppy will be raised in our home and taught all of the basics of good citizenship that a puppy needs to know to be an outstanding companion in the home and the field.  Your pup will also be consistently exposed to birds, water, gun fire and retrieving situations that will prepare him for a successful future.

Clearwater Retrievers offers several exceptional breedings each year.  All our puppies will come with CERF, EIC and CNM screenings, first shots, worming and dew claws.  We are currently planning our breedings for 2011, so please call if you have interest in one of our upcoming prospects.
